Thanks you for choosing Telos one as your Elavon ISO ( Independant Small Operator)!
At this point you have been approved and have your terminals and e-commerce stores set up. Now need to create a few accounts with Elavon that allow you to interact with your account in different ways.
Everyone needs a My Payments Insider (MPI) account. MPI allows you to:
- Generate reports and statements for accounting purposes
- Review and respond to chargebacks and disputes
- Create and manage sub-users of the account so you can delegate access
Over the next few days we will be sending further emails to guide you on how to complete the setup and use of MPI and other Elavon features so you hit the ground running and stay on top of your merchant processing account.
